Sienna Fundraising Raffle 🙏😇

  Sienna lives with Level 3 Autism, severe Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), ADHD, and ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder). Her severe sensory processing issues and eating disorder mean her body completely rejects solid foods, leaving her physically exhausted and suffering painful blood sugar crashes.
​Because her medical situation has become critical, her specialists at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick, are taking immediate action. Sienna is booked for a major combined surgery under general anaesthetic: an exploratory endoscopy followed immediately by gastrostomy surgery (PEG feeding button placement).
​While this procedure is a life-saving blessing, managing a feeding tube with Sienna's severe Level 3 Autism and sensory over-responsiveness is an immense safety challenge. She is at an incredibly high risk of panicking and forcibly pulling the lines out, which would cause an immediate medical emergency.
